The directors, Andy and Matt, jointly hold the Carte Professionelle, which certifies that they are fully qualified, licensed and insured to operate as real estate agents in France. The Carte Professionelle requiries the company to have professional indemnity insurance and maintain a cash bond to protect its clients financially. Due to the lengthy bureaucratic process, it is still rare for foreign Estate Agents to hold the Carte Professionelle, meaning that buyers are often passed on to local agents to complete the purchase. However, Mountain Base will be able to take you through the entire process and will be present at all stages to offer advice and guide the buyer through the complexities of the transaction.
